Steve and Angie thrive in the teaching environment. They felt there was a need for industry related education in Santa Fe and founded the company in 2008. Their goal, to provide realtors and title companies with learning opportunities that would expand their knowledge in various aspects of their business.

We are a team with over 75 years combined experience in various areas of the real estate industry and teaching enviroment. We are dedicated to providing valuable information that can be used to assist others in their business.

Steven W. Riemann
Founder & President
Steve is an approved instructor and certified by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. He is an experienced teacher, trainer, motivational speaker and event emcee. He has taught real estate and title CE classes for the past 20 years, while operating successful, market-driven title companies in New Mexico, Utah, Michigan and Virginia. He also teaches Realtor® pre-licensing for Kaplan Professional Schools. His education includes a M.A. from Regent University (1992) and a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University (1976).
Secretary & Co-Founder
Angie is a trained educator with an M.A. in Special Education from the University of New Mexico (2005) and a B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri (1981). Her current emphasis of training and study is in dyslexia. Angie has taught in Public Schools in Missouri, Florida and New Mexico, and tutored privately. When taking a break from education, she successfully owned and operated several art and collectible retail stores in Albuquerque.
